Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal - 14 days
In accordance with Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14 day period by emailing:

The message must clearly state that you wish to return your order.
Condition of Returned Items
As we sell second-hand books, normal signs of use may already be present. However the item must be returned in the same condition as received. Books that have been damaged after delivery (for example torn pages, new stains, water damage or strong odours such as smoke) cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Ensuring the item is packed safely so it is not damaged in transit
We recommend using tracked shipping.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days, but normally faster.
If the item has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to verify the condition, we may make a deduction in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
Exceptions:
- If 14 days have passed since delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
- Items sold as 'fint skick' and 'välanvänd', or marked as heavily discounted due to defects are not eligible for withdrawal beyond normal consumer rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. You will not pay return costs for items that were faulty upon arrival.
