Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Bokvinden, a Sweden-based online store selling second-hand books.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Sweden.

Orders with delivery addresses outside Sweden cannot be accepted or fulfilled at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or Swedish public holidays.

During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated to you.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the selected carrier.

Estimated delivery times are approximate and are counted from the date the order is dispatched, not from the order date. Delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices in case of obvious errors.

5. Risk and Responsibility

The risk for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please ensure that delivery information provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Uncollected Parcels (Outlösta paket)

If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected or accepted at the delivery point, we reserve the right to charge the customer for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Administrative handling costs

These costs may be deducted from any refund.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible via email.

Please do not discard damaged packaging, as this may be required when filing a claim with the carrier.
